Studio Policy
I am grateful to have such dedicated students, (grand)parents, and caretakers who are committed to the music lessons which are based on mutual trust & understanding.
LESSON TIME & SCHEDULING
With busy schedules all around, I try to keep fixed times and / or days for students each week and month. This also provides structure and makes planning easier.
If possible, I prefer to have a monthly schedule for each student in place, but with sudden changes due to work, illness, travel, etc. I understand that short term scheduling is sometimes the only option.
CANCELLATIONS
Please notify me through text or email when you have to miss a lesson for any reason. I always try to make up for missed lessons either by adding extra time for following lessons, schedule an extra make up lesson, or offer a rebate for the next month.
PAYMENT
The lesson fee is due at the first lesson of each month. Payments can be made by personal check, cash, Venmo, PayPal or Zelle. Contact me if you need the payment details, a monthly invoice, or mailing address.
Financial hardship can happen to all of us, so please reach out to me and we can come up with a plan to continue the student's progress & growth.
